Purpose

To assess expressions of interest for possible future volunteer or expert support of AAHO programs in the Netherlands.

Lawful basis

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for processing this expression of interest and optional CV; legitimate interests only where applicable for basic organisation of enquiries.

Retention

Interest records and CVs are kept for assessment and a limited archive period (typically up to 24 months after the last relevant activity), then deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is required by law.

Recipients

Access is limited to authorised AAHO staff and processors who support website hosting or secure storage, under confidentiality and access controls.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or data portability, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. See the Privacy notice
